Pedro Toledo has been named chief administrative officer at Petaluma Health Center. Previously, he was director of government and community relations at Redwood Community Health Coalition. He currently serves as president of the Sonoma County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

<MC>Edward Lynch<MC> has been named evening dean at Empire College for its School of Business. A retired Analy High School instructor, Lynch joined Empire College in 2010 as the lead instructor for its free GED preparation program.

<MC>Jim Andersen<MC> has been appointed to the management committee at Hemming Morse, where he is a partner in its Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group. Before joining the firm in 2012, Andersen was a partner at Burr Pilger Mayer.

<MC>Sean Scully<MC> has been named editor and director of news content for Napa Valley Publishing, which produces the Napa Valley Register, the American Canyon Eagle, the St. Helena Star and the Weekly Calistogan. Previously, he was a reporter at The Press Democrat and editor at the Weekly Calistogan.

<MC>Angela Agundez<MC> has joined Sonoma Eyeworks as an optician. Previously, she worked at Marin Eyes and at a family-owned laboratory in Modesto.
