Santa Rosa police arrested a 17-year-old boy on Thursday who they believe is the tagger "DELI," a graffiti artist who is responsible for more than 280 instances of tagging in the past 13 months.

The boy was arrested at his home in southwest Santa Rosa, according to a statement released by police. He was booked into the Sonoma County Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of two counts of felony vandalism and 284 counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

Because he is a juvenile, his name was not released.
