EDITOR: It seems that Chicago Tribune political cartoonist Scott Stantis put the wrong party in the poem of the man on the stair "who wasn't there" on the April 8 editorial page. If I recollect correctly, President Barack Obama wanted to continue the benefits for the unemployed. The GOP did not. Here's a radical concept folks: Let's tell the truth about what really happened, OK?
