Fieri wins Food Network TV show

Flamboyant Santa Rosa restaurateur Guy Fieri is set to rock America?s kitchens after winning his own television cooking show Sunday night.

The owner of three Sonoma County restaurants beat out seven other contestants from around the country during a reality TV cook-off that ended Sunday night with the airing of the final episode of the second season of "The Next Food Network Star," said Lisa DelColle, a spokeswoman for the show in New York.

?Guy is the winner,? DelColle said. ?I think he has a lot of potential.?

The show?s viewers chose Fieri over fellow finalist Reggie Southerland, a baker from Los Angeles.

Fieri now will get to host his own six-episode cooking show set to air in June.
