Hotel Petaluma sold for $6.1 million

The venerable Hotel Petaluma has been sold for $6.1 million to a Marin developer.

The four-story building in Petaluma's historic downtown includes 104 residential units and about 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail and office space. Built in 1923, the Hotel Petaluma stands at the corner of Washington and Kentucky streets.

The seller was Petaluma LLC. The buyer was Robert Miller, who has purchased and restored historic buildings in several North Bay cities.
