The Sonoma County Sol today host the San Diego Flash in a playoff game at Rancho Cotate High.

Going undefeated in division play of the National Premier Soccer League, the Sol seek a run to the league title.

Today's contest is a West Region semifinal. The Sol must win four playoff games to capture the club's second NPSL title, having won it all in 2009.

This is the Sol's seventh playoff appearances in 11 years. Last season, the Sol ended a two-year playoff and reached the West Region championship game.

The Sol is a pro-am team playing in the NPSL, which spans 19 states. The NPSL is the fourth level of U.S. professional soccer.
