Rhoann Ponseti has joined First Community Bank as director of marketing. Previously, she served as director of marketing at REACH Air Medical Services and The Press Democrat. She also founded several companies, including Digi-Type Inc., Ponseti & Partners and SOURCE Design Referral.
Redwood Credit Union has named two new managers of its branches in Santa Rosa and Cloverdale.
Sean Anderson was named manager of the company's flagship branch on Cleveland Avenue, which also houses its administrative offices. He joined the credit union in 2001 and previously served as manager of RCU Auto Services and the credit union's Windsor branch.
Shawna Masur was named manager of the Cloverdale branch. She joined the credit union last year, most recently serving as assistant manager of the Ukiah branch.
Sebastopol resident Jeffrey Westman has been named executive director of Marin Organic, a Point Reyes Station nonprofit that helps farmers and ranchers switch to organic farming. He also operates GrowKitchen, a cooking school. Previously, he founded e-licious.com and served as general manager for Yahoo operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Two new doctors, Christopher Clark and Julie Phenco, have joined the Psychiatry Department at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa.
Clark is a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, where he completed his residency.
Phenco received her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines. She completed her residency at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.
Dan Chapin and Vickie Norris have launched Wine Country Lifestyle, a customized magazine for wineries to use in wine club shipments. Chapin, of Left Coast Marketing, serves as marketing director and Norris, of The Norris Group, serves as editor. Dana Johnson of Media Mix Advertising serves as advertising sales director.
The Santa Rosa Breakfast Club, a leads and business networking club, has elected new officers: John Lewis, president, Pat Mitchell, vice president; Gabe Dunton, treasurer; Larry Gilbert, secretary; and Ed Berland, webmaster. The group meets every Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. at Willie Bird's Restaurant, 1150 Santa Rosa Ave.
