Three suspected drunken driving collisions occurred overnight in the Sebastopol area, including a suspected hit-and-run crash, said Sebastopol police officials Sunday.
At 2:07 a.m. Sunday, officers stopped a driver at Highway 12 and Fulton Road who had hit a center divider curb while making a U-turn, police said.
Driver Luis Lopez, 24, of Santa Rosa failed sobriety tests and was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of drunken driving.
He had damage to his white GMC Yukon from hitting the curb. But the vehicle also had damage to the passenger side from what police believed was a recent hit-and-run collision, officials said.
Officers are asking the public to report any information about a large white SUV and a recent crash by calling police at (707) 829-4400.
Also between Saturday night and Sunday morning officers arrested two other drivers suspected of being drunk.
Driver Piper Wadleigh, 30, of Novato was stopped on Covert Lane at 11:40 p.m. Saturday for swerving and striking a curb, police said.
She had a prior drunken driving conviction in 2003, police said.
At 12:17 a.m. officers were sent to a crash involving a vehicle into a utility pole on Bodega Avenue at Washington Avenue.
Driver Jordan Vermillion, 27, of Twain Harte had crashed into the pole and officers suspected he was drunk.
Vermillion's driving history showed a DUI conviction in 2006.
