Loretta O'Connell has been named president of Western Pacific Solar, a Santa Rosa company that designs and installs solar energy systems. Previously, she served as vice president of the company, which she co-founded in 2007 with Harry Adams. Before that, she served as vice president of human resources for McCann-Erickson advertising worldwide.

Glen Stanley has joined Bank of Marin as senior vice president and regional manager for Santa Rosa. He has more than 34 years of business banking experience, most recently as a senior vice president and small business market manager at Citibank in San Francisco.

Mike Owen has been named manager of Redwood Credit Union Auto Services, its auto sales center at 3219 Santa Rosa Ave. Previously, he served as Internet sales manager at Hansel Toyota.

Gary Lentz has joined Hudson Street Design of Marin as sales manager. Previously, he was principal at his own consulting firm and president of InfoStore, a Santa Rosa company that provides commercial records storage and management.

Kate Titus has been promoted to marketing coordinator for the Council on Aging. Previously, she served as marketing assistant for the Senior Games, which is sponsored by the organization.

Ed Wurz has joined the Council on Aging as donations officer. He has a background in sales and served as a sports commissioner at the Senior Games.

Allan Hemphill has been elected chairman of the Summit State Bank board of directors. The bank added three new members to its 16-member board: Jeffrey B. Allen, Samuel G. Kapourales and Richard E. Pope.

Eugene Burger Management Corp. has added four new employees to its Rohnert Park office: Susie Pewitt, a community manager; Bethany Picano and Diane Watson, who work as resident managers; and Jessica Holt, a bookkeeper.
