The Occidental Arts & Ecology Center hosts its Fall Biodiversity Plant Sale on Saturday and Sunday.
Gardeners at the center have cultivated hundreds of varieties of heirloom and open-pollinated plants, all California Certified Organic. Stock up on brassicas, salad greens, lettuces, endives, chards, leeks, onions, scallions, herbs, edible flowers and peas, as well as many types of ornamental and edible perennials.
Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 15290 Coleman Valley Road, Occidental. oaec.org.
