Kurt Hahn has been appointed interim executive director of the Northern California Health Care Authority, a joint powers agency formed by five health care districts and hospitals in Sonoma, Mendocino and Humboldt counties. Previously, he served as board member of the Northern Sonoma County Healthcare District, which supervises Healdsburg District Hospital. He also worked as director of finance and economic development for the City of Healdsburg.
The Napa Chamber of Commerce has added four new staff members.
Julie Dalrymple has been named director of communications and marketing. Previously, she served as marketing director for the Napa Valley Opera House and past president of the Napa County Historical Society.
Cynthia Summers has been named director of membership services. She has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, including service as sales manager at Hilton Sonoma Wine Country, and five years marketing post-secondary education.
Jessica Provenza has been named manager of engagement and programs. Previously, she served as director of programs and memberships for the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce in Oregon.
Susanne Heun has been named office manager. She has more than 20 years of business administration experience.
In addition, Sharon Morrison has been promoted to vice president of member engagement and community development. Amanda Tallman's title has changed to member relations specialist.
Fran Bengtsson has been named the new client care manager for At Your Service Home Care. Bengtsson, who has worked for the home care agency for the six years, will oversee clients and staff in the Sonoma and Marin offices.
Five more agents have joined the new Frank Howard Allen Realtors office in Sebastopol. They include Teresa Clark, who has been an agent for 28 years; Janeen Greve, who has been an agent since 2003; Jeanne Woods, a 30-year broker who is returning after a brief sabbatical; and partners Geoffrey Apple and Linda Sundheim, who each have more than 20 years of real estate experience.
Buffy Welch has been appointed program coordinator for the Secret Santa Program at the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County. Previously, she managed the Toys for Kids and Impact Life programs for Colusa County.
