A panel discussion on the Affordable Care Act and how it will affect business owners, employees and individuals will be held Wednesday at the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center.

The panel will include Dr. Mary Maddux-Gonzalez, chief medical officer for Redwood Community Health, Karen Fies, assistant director of the Sonoma County Human Services Department and Rita Scardaci, director of the Sonoma County Department of Health Service, as well as business and insurance company representatives.

Information provided will aim at helping people understand how the changes will affect businesses and people, including those currently without health insurance, said Diana Rich, executive director of the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center.

There will be no charge. The forum will start at 6 p.m. at the center at 390 Morris Street in Sebastopol.
