Kelseyville man says home invaded by four men

Four men invaded a rural Kelseyville home Monday, tied up a resident and took items including marijuana, Lake County sheriff's officials said.

The robbery was reported at 4 a.m.

The resident, a man, said he was tied up by four men with guns who apparently stormed into the house through an unlocked door, Capt. Chris Macedo said.

The men took marijuana, a shotgun, laptop computer and a wallet, Macedo said. They were described as skinny black men wearing gloves, dark clothing with jacket hoods pulled over their faces, Macedo said.

The men left, and it wasn't clear whether they drove or walked away, Macedo said. The resident wasn't hurt.

Anyone with information about the case can call the Sheriff's Office at 263-2690.
