A Santa Rosa woman suspected of drunken driving crashed and overturned her sedan Sunday night into an eastside creek, reported Santa Rosa police.
Officers arrested Elizabeth Kenworthy, 38, after the 10 p.m. crash.
She'd lost control of her Toyota Celica near Montgomery High School. The car hit a street sign and street railing and plunged down an embankment about 25 feet into the creek, said Sgt. Lisa Banayat.
Kenworthy was evaluated for injuries and arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, said Banayat.
A small amount of oil and gas went into the creek.
Have an idea for what the old Sonoma County National Bank Building should be next?
