Kathy Goodacre has been hired as executive director for the Career Technical Education Fund of Sonoma County. Previously, she was lead marketing and fundraising specialist for Community Solutions Group and vice president of resource development/marketing for United Way of the Wine Country.

Elaina Hunt and Emily Harrington have each been promoted to the position of vice president at Summit State Bank.

Hunt, who has been with the bank for five years, was previously director of marketing and community relations.

Harrington, who was hired at the bank in 2012, was previously an assistant vice president. She manages the bank's branch on Bicentennial Way in Santa Rosa. Before joining Summit State, she was regional sales director at JMFA.

Judy Reynolds and Lynnette Shaul have joined North Valley Bank, working in its Santa Rosa office.

Reynolds has been named vice president and regional sales manager. She has more than 26 years of banking experience, including positions at Bank of America, Westamerica Bank and Summit Bank. She also serves as board president of the California Parenting Institute.

Shaul has been named real estate loan officer. She has more than 10 years of banking and mortgage experience.

Greg Nordin has been hired as director of operations at Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire. Previously, he held similar positions at Horizon Coach Lines and California Wine Tours and was superintendent of bus operations at Golden Gate Bridge District.

Roxanne Derr Lemereis has been named dining site manager at the Healdsburg Senior Center by the Council on Aging.

The American Association of University Women branch in Santa Rosa has elected new officers: Linda Heiser, chair; Susan Biggs, finance; Laurie Parish, secretary; and Pam Fraser, programs.
