Drs. Douglas Green and Douglas L. Jicha are among 13 new physicians who are joining Annadel Medical Group, which provides care at St. Joseph Health facilities. Both are specialists in vascular surgery who previously worked with Redwood Regional Medical Group.

Dr. Green received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Jicha received his medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York.

Mark Garaventa has been promoted to general manager of Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services. Garaventa, who joined the Hopland company in 2009 from the mortgage industry, previously served as vice president of business development.

Martin L. Hirsch has joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP as an associate attorney. Previously, he practiced law in San Diego. He focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction and business disputes.

Fabia Butler has been promoted to vice president and manager of community and public relations at Bank of Marin. Butler, who joined the bank 14 years ago, succeeds Joan Capurro, who retired after 24 years with the bank.

Sandy Koppen has been promoted to financial services specialist at Montgomery Taylor & Company, where she will assist clients with retirement planning and manage the flow of tax preparation services. Kelly Mills has joined the Santa Rosa company as financial services assistant.

John Stayton has been named executive director of graduate and executive education at Sonoma State University's School of Business and Economics. Stayton co-founded the Green MBA program at Dominican University and most recently headed the Venture Greenhouse.

Ireko Interior Design and Fine Furnishings has moved back to Montgomery Village. The store, founded by Jim Rascoe and Michael Webb, is located in the former Westamerica Bank building at 424 Farmers Lane.
