SSU to hold seminar on wine trends

Sonoma State University will hold a seminar on "Wine Trends: What's Hot and Not in the Wine Business" on Nov. 15 from 1 to 5 p.m.

This seminar will be led by Liza Zimmerman, principal of the wine education and consulting firm Liza the Wine Chick and editor-at-large of Cheers, a national magazine covering the restaurant, bar and hotel business.

Panelists will include Mike Colicchio of Nielsen, Christian Miller of Full Glass Research, Cyril Penn of Wine Business Monthly, Luke Sykora of Wine & Spirits, and Deborah Parker Wong of Tasting Panel.
