Sue Riley has been named development officer at Sonoma State University. She joined SSU's development team in 2007. Previously, Riley served as a grants and human resources administrator at Developmental Studies Center, an Oakland educational nonprofit.

Burr Pilger Mayer has opened an office in St. Helena at 1432 Main St. under the direction of Carol O'Hara, managing partner of BPM's North Bay Region. The firm, founded in 1986, provides accounting and consulting services at six Bay Area offices. For information, visit www.bpmcpa.com.

Candy Yandell has been promoted to vice president at Summit State Bank. Yandell, who joined Summit State nine years ago, serves as manager of its Healdsburg branch.

Dr. Jaime Molden has joined Northern California Medical Associates at its Fountaingrove Cardiology office. Previously, Molden was medical director of electrophysiology at the Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.

Drs. Jeffrey Borut, Christie Campbell and Merle Miller are among 13 new physicians who are joining Annadel Medical Group, which provides care at St. Joseph Health facilities.

Dr. Borut joined the group's general surgery practice in Petaluma from the U.S. Naval Hospital in Guam. He earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College.
