Bank of Marin has promoted two employees.

Beth Reizman has been named chief credit officer, replacing Kevin Coonan, who recently retired from banking. Reizman, who has been with the bank for 18 years, previously served as commercial banking manager and senior credit administrator.

Tim Myers has been promoted to replace Reizman as commercial banking manager. Myers, who has been with the bank for six years, was formerly the head of the San Francisco office.

Deanna Schutz has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager of the Summit State Bank branch in Montgomery Village. She started at Summit as a new accounts representative in 2006.

Jan Bein has been appointed leader of two patient experience programs at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa. Since joining Kaiser in 2003, Bein has served in several leadership roles, including principal consultant for National Service Quality, practice leader/consultant for the NCAL Regional Care Experience Team, and faculty for Middle Management Programs.

Gail McAlister has been named digital director for the MediaNews Group publications in Lake and central Mendocino counties, including the Lake County Record-Bee and The Ukiah Daily Journal. McAlister has served as a sales representative for MediaNews since 2008.

Michael Bartlett has been named executive vice president of sales at Blends, a Napa company that produces wines in California, Argentina, Uruguay and Italy. Previously, he served as a senior sales executive at Majestic Fine Wines, Jackson Family Wines, Regal Wine Company and Michael David Winery.

Jill Richardson has been named executive vice president for the Americas at Isocert Solutions. Previously, she served as product manager for software at the Santa Rosa company.

Sherrill Stockton, senior vice president and SBA manager at Exchange Bank, was reelected to the board of directors of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. The group supports lenders that participate in Small Business Administration lending.
