Dr. Toni Brayer has been appointed CEO of Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, a group of 260 doctors in Sonoma, Lake, Marin, San Francisco and Del Norte counties. Previously, she served as vice president and chief medical officer of Sutter Health's West Bay Region and chief of staff at California Pacific Medical Center.
Brayer will split her time between Sutter offices in San Francisco, Novato and Santa Rosa. She replaces Michael J. Cohill, who will retain his position as president of Sutter Health's West Bay Region.
John Steere has joined GHD, where he will head the environmental planning group in the Santa Rosa office. He has 28 years of experience, most recently serving as managing partner at Green Planning Collaborative and a senior planner at Cardno Entrix.
Kimberly Greeny and Lorraine Arnold have joined the Santa Rosa office of the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens.
Greeny has more than six years of experience in real estate and home staging. Previously, she worked as a real estate agent with Bradley Real Estate and CPS.
Arnold has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 12 years in Sonoma County and has been a broker in Oregon for five years. Previously, she worked as a real estate agent at Century 21 Alliance.
Kelly Townsend has joined Coldwell Banker, working as a real estate agent in its Santa Rosa office. Previously, she worked at Solid Properties.
Tiffani Montgomery has joined California Parenting Institute as its marketing, outreach and event director. Previously, she served as marketing coordinator at Smith Dollar and events coordinator for the Sonoma County Bar Association.
Gerard Giudice has been appointed event director at the Sonoma Mountain Village Event Center. He is co-owner of Sally Tomatoes Caf? Bar and Catering, which is located inside the event center.
Oilstop has opened a new drive-through oil change store at 1004 Lakeville St. in Petaluma, its sixth location in Sonoma County. The company, based in Rohnert Park, owns 12 stores in California and Arizona and has licensed its business model to 10 franchises in California, Oregon and New Mexico.
Hopscotch Children's Shoes will open a store this week in Montgomery Village. The store, owned by Steve and Miquelle Hutchison, specializes in shoes for infants up to Youth size 5.
Talley's Paint, an automotive paint distributor based in Napa, has merged with Industrial Finishes & Systems, a Eugene, Ore., company that operates 18 automotive paint distribution facilities in six states. Talley's Paint co-owner Bob Stevens will remain at the company as sales and operations manager.
