San Francisco police seek suspected brothel operator's killers

SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco police are looking for two men who killed a 44-year-old man suspected of running a brothel.

Police on Saturday released photos of the two men suspected of shooting Xiao "Ben" Xiong Luo in his home Wednesday night.

Nine other people inside the home were tied up but not harmed.

Police Chief George Gascon says the department is focused on the murder. He says he's not prepared to call the home a brothel.

The department is trying to cut violent crime by 20 percent this year.
