This month, the Spice Islands Marketplace at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is featuring local cooking authors from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday nights.
Shoppers have a chance to taste recipes from the books and sip the newly released Greystone Cellars California wine.
Tonight, Jeff Morgan will sign copies of his cookbook, "The Domaine Chandon Cookbook: Recipes from Etoile Restaurant." On Dec. 22, the Wine Spectator Restaurant Chef Polly Lappetito will highlight the shop's Italian cookbooks and demonstrate her family's manicotti recipe.
Both Wednesday nights, the Wine Spectator Restaurant will offer a prix-fixe menu, including a glass of wine, for $31. The menu showcases dishes inspired by the featured cookbooks.
