Four people were arrested Friday night in a 4-hour, targeted roundup of intoxicated bar-goers in downtown Santa Rosa, police said.
The roundup, an ongoing effort between Santa Rosa police and downtown bar owners and managers, was aimed at addressing DUI and public intoxication violations tied to downtown nightlife.
Of the four people arrested, one was on probation with a ?no alcohol? clause and was additionally charged with a probation violation. Another suspect was arrested for driving under the influence.
Police said that all four suspects were taken to Sonoma County jail and one was cited to appear in court at a later date.
