Police arrested two men with outstanding warrants Sunday at the Occupy Sebastopol encampment on the city's downtown plaza.
Both men are transients in the Sebastopol area and were visiting the tent camp, Officer David Ginn said.
Jody Raymond Sunde, 38, was arrested on two warrants for violating probation in a drunken driving case and failure to appear in court in a drug case, Ginn said. He was also arrested on suspicion of drinking alcohol, which is a violation of his probation, Ginn said.
James Edward Fenlaw, 55, was also arrested on two warrants, both for failure to appear in court on two separate theft cases, Ginn said.
Both were arrested without incident during a routine visit by police, who have been making nightly checks at the Occupy Sebastopol camp since demonstrators pitched their tents on Nov. 5.
