Sonoma County health divisions move to downtown Santa Rosa

Sonoma County government's environmental health and coastal emergency medical services divisions are set to move their offices over the coming weekend.

The two divisions are moving to 625 Fifth St. in downtown Santa Rosa. They are currently at 475 Aviation Blvd. near the Charles M Schulz-Sonoma County Airport.

The move is designed to make the two divisions more readily accessible to the public and centralize administrative duties in the Health Services department, which already has several divisions at the downtown site.

The Coastal Valley Emergency Medical Services Agency, which provides administrative and regulatory oversight for local emergency medical services system within Sonoma and Mendocino counties.

The move of 40 employees is set to be complete on Monday. Office hours and phone numbers for the programs will not change.
