Makes 4 cups

4 egg yolks

? cup Dijon mustard

? cup anchovies

? cups lemon juice

? cup Parmesan cheese

8 shots of Tabasco

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons roasted and chopped garlic

2 cups extra virgin olive oil

2 cups olive oil, blended

Salt and pepper to taste

Put everything but the olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Slowly add the olive oil while blending, to emulsify. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
