Capuano Engineering and EGS, Inc. have opened joint offices in Santa Rosa at Waterfall Towers, 2455 Bennett Valley Road, Suite 112A.

Capuano Engineering provides engineering services to energy companies in the U.S. and international markets. It was launched by Louis E. Capuano, Jr., who founded ThermaSource in 1980.

EGS provides environmental and geologic consulting services to the energy industry. It was founded by Paul Brophy and Gene Suemnicht, who serves as CEO and chief geologist.

Eileen Massa has joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Petaluma as an account executive. Massa has been in the insurance field for more than 20 years, most recently with Milt Brandt General Insurance in Healdsburg.

Leland Fishman has been named to the board of directors at the California Small Business Association, a trade group that advocates on behalf of small businesses. Fishman owns Fishman Supply Co., a Petaluma company that supplies janitorial, paper, packaging and office products.

Kevin DeNuccio has been appointed to the board of directors at Calix, a Petaluma networking equipment maker. Previously, DeNuccio served as CEO of Metaswitch Networks and Redback Networks, and served in several executive positions at Cisco Systems.

Michael Boustridge has been appointed to the board of directors at Cyan, a Petaluma networking equipment company. Boustridge is former president of the Americas region for BT Global Services and previously held executive positions at EDS, Hitachi Data Systems and IBM.

First American Title Company of Sonoma County has moved its main Santa Rosa office to 627 College Ave. Its downtown Santa Rosa office will remain at 400 E St. The title insurance company's local operations are managed by Steve Bramble.

Shari Day-Moore and Dee Duna, formerly of Khoobsurat, have opened Bordeaux, a salon in Santa Rosa that specializes in precision cuts and color. It is located at 2326 4th St.
