Kendra Boyer has been named controller at Altus Equity Group, a Santa Rosa private equity firm. Previously, she worked as an auditor of public and private companies for Armanino McKenna, LLP.

Isaac M. Gradman has joined the Santa Rosa law office of Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP. Gradman is a commercial litigator and specialist in mortgage finance and financial services litigation, and author of "The Subprime Shakeout" law blog. Previously, he practiced with the San Francisco office of Arnold & Porter and was the managing member of Gradman Law.

Maria Barquero has joined Kathy Crim State Farm Insurance Agency in Santa Rosa as a licensed agency representative. She has 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently at Community First Credit Union.

Jessie Kijak has joined Anytime Fitness in Larkfield as fitness director. She will hold a similar position at the Anytime Fitness location in Berkeley, which is scheduled to open in December.

Tony Bartenetti has been promoted to executive vice president at the Nelson Family of Companies. Previously, he was a senior vice president at the Sonoma staffing and recruitment firm, which he joined in 1998 after serving as a sales manager at Coram Healthcare, Apria Healthcare and Abbey Homecare.
