Xavier Nazario has been named director of the University of San Francisco campus in Santa Rosa. He previously served as assistant director at the Sacramento campus of the private, nonprofit Jesuit university.

Zainer Rinehart Clarke has added three accountants to its tax, accounting and assurance practices. Michelle Crebs and Beth Samit will serve as managers. Both have experience in accounting and auditing in the wine industry. Betsy Grebe will serve as a staff accountant.

Melanie Elliott-Eller has been appointed director of quality and patient safety at Palm Drive Hospital in Sebastopol. She previously served as interim director of quality and employee health.

Western Pacific Solar has added four clean energy specialists to its sales team: Nora Burkel, Harvey Posert, Brian Smith and Bruce Webster. The specialists help size the solar systems to determine what will fit on each customer's roof.

NonProfitEasy, a Rohnert Park company that makes software for nonprofit management and fundraising, has added three new staff members. Erik Metzler has joined the customer support team. Justine Malpas and Nicholas Morilla have joined the sales team.

Mark and Terri Stark have opened Bravas, their fifth restaurant in Sonoma County. The tapas bar is located at 420 Center St. in Healdsburg.

Dr. Shiroko Sokitch, a holistic medical doctor and acupuncturist, is moving her Santa Rosa office to 2200 Range Ave., Suite 109. She has operated Heart to Heart to Heart Medical Center since 1993 and opened a second office in Novato in 2009.

Digital Ciggz, a Santa Rosa company that sells electronic cigarettes, has opened its second store, in San Rafael. The company was founded by Michael Mullins. The new San Rafael store is located at 1560 4th St., Suite C.
