A woman who fell down twice while walking before she drove away caught the attention of Rohnert Park witnesses who called police.
Officers responded to the 2 p.m. call about a possibly intoxicated driver on Golf Course Drive.
They found driver Cheryl Conley, 44, of Santa Rosa in her car. She was too unsteady on her feet to complete sobriety tests and officers arrested her on suspicion of drunken driving.
A test showed Conley had a preliminary blood-alcohol level of .25 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
Witnesses told police the woman had walked into a nearby laundromat, fallen twice and then returned to her car. They said they watched her drive a short distance before driving back to the laundromat.
Rohnert Park police officials encouraged citizens to reported intoxicated drivers.
