Laura Colgate has been named director of senior nutrition services for Council on Aging, where she will oversee the Meals on Wheels program and manage the agency's Senior Dining sites. Previously, she was project manager and interim executive director for the Family Justice Center.

Josh Moore, controller at TLCD Architecture, has been named chairman of the board of directors at United Way of the Wine Country. Other officers include Greg Morgan, regional president of Wells Fargo Bank, chair-elect; Mike McKeon, vice president residential/construction at First Community Bank, treasurer; and Dr. Kirk Pappas, physician-in-chief at Kaiser Permanente, secretary.

In addition to McKeon, the nonprofit group has added five new board members: Michael Cook, restaurant and beverage manager at Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co.; Kathy Millison, Santa Rosa city manager; Justin Hansel, vice president and general manager of Hansel Auto Group; Annette Leder, director of strategic planning for Agilent Technologies; and Debbie Kelley, vice president and senior fiduciary manager for Exchange Bank.

Suzy Marzalek, retired financial controller from Agilent Technologies, has been elected president of the board of directors at Redwood Empire Food Bank. Other officers include David Guhin, deputy director of utility operations for the city of Santa Rosa, vice president; Howard Daulton, senior vice president at Exchange Bank, treasurer; and Judy Farrell, a community relations specialist from Santa Rosa, secretary.

Carly Shepherd has joined Schweiger Vineyards as the winery's marketing and PR coordinator. Originally from Petaluma, she previously worked in marketing positions at BNC Scientific and Princeton Gamma Technologies.

Rick McMann has joined Arborwell as its new account manager for Santa Rosa and the North Bay. An ISA Certified Arborist. McMann has more than 32 years of experience in the tree care industry.

Richard Power has joined the board of directors at the Climate Protection Campaign. A tax attorney, Power is a founding member of Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross.
