SONOMA: PopUp Dinners at The Girl & the Fig

The Girl & the Fig has launched a new series of PopUp Dinners at their satellite dining room and catering kitchen, Suite D in Sonoma.

A menu featuring the rustic, Italian food of the former Estate restaurants will be offered at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 10. The dinner includes antipasti and four courses, including an entree of House-made Sausages, Umbrian Lentils, Bloomsdale Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi and Roasted Winter Squash and Root Vegetables with Salsa Verde.

The culinary team led by chef John Toulze will sweep guests off to sunny Spain for a paella feast at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 24 and 25. The four-course dinners center around Paella with Clams, Shrimp, Sausage, Duck Confit and Saffron Rice.

Both dinners are $62 per person and include wine pairings and non-alcoholic beverages, tax and tip.
