Food lineup at Graton Resort & Casino

Here is the lineup of Graton Resort & Casino restaurants with sit-down service. Check website for hours, as some are still in flux (gratonresortcasino.com).

Daily Grill: This is a great place to dig into breakfast after a long night or to grab an all-American hamburger or chicken potpie and watch a football game. The menu also includes steaks and chops, seafood, classic salads and chef-driven dishes like Kale Chicken Caesar. A "Simply 600" menu features lunch and dinner items under 600 calories.

M.Y. China offers a sleek cocktail bar in front and an exhibition kitchen in the rear. In between, you can order modern Chinese cuisine based on three concepts: hand-pulled noodles, dim sum and wok-fired entrees.

630 Park Steakhouse: If you are a high roller when it comes to food, this is your place. It offers a sleek ambiance and a modern menu of prime steaks and seafood. You don't have to wear a suit, but there is a dress code, so leave the T-shirt and high-tops at home.

Tony's of North Beach: This Italian restaurant from North Beach pizza master Tony Gemignani offers a menu of antipasti, pastas, salads and desserts along with his famous pizza pies. There's an exhibition kitchen, full bar in the center and 277 seats. The good news: The wait at peak times was only 10 to 45 minutes during opening week.

Here are the casual eateries at the Marketplace:

The Beach Hut Deli serves up all kinds of big, fat sandwiches with California flair, built from Truckee Sourdough Co. bread, fresh avocado and sprouts, cheeses and meats. Sides include potato salad, chips and nachos.

Boathouse Sushi is the go-to spot for your favorite pan-Asian dishes, from sushi and Japanese teriyaki to Kung Pao Chicken and Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup.

DK Wings offers all kinds of chicken dishes, including healthy wraps and salads, fried chicken and eight types of wings with choice of glaze. Housemade pickles and slaw plus five flavors of French fries round out the menu. Don't miss the Lime Ginger, a refreshing juice slushy.

La Fondita Taqueria: The Reyes family gives their own, handmade twist to a full menu of favorites, including chilaquiles and nachos, tacos and burritos, tostadas and torta sandwiches, tamales and taquitos, plus enchilada plates.
