SAN JOSE — Police say a 50-year-old man died three days after suffering a heart attack during a physical fight with his daughter, and the teenage girl has been booked on suspicion of manslaughter.
The San Jose Mercury News reports (http://bit.ly/11bh3iZ ) the man, Hoang Tran, was shoved to the ground during the altercation at his home April 6.
Responding paramedics found him unresponsive. He died April 9 at a hospital.
On Friday, Tran's 17-year-old daughter was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter.
Her name has not been released.
