Zazu wraps, Cruise with the Starks

Siduri and Starks Cruise to Europe: Two of the most fun couples in the local food and wine scene, Mark and Terri Stark (owners of Stark's Steak and Seafood, Bravas, Willi's Wine Bar, Willi's Seafood) and Diana and Adam Lee of the cultish Siduri Winery in Santa Rosa pair up for a 10-day cruise from Barcelona to Venice, and you're invited.

The June 2014 trip includes a guided tour of the food markets of Barcelona, private onboard tastings, cooking classes, a gala dinner and several food and wine tours at port cities along the journey.

Helena's Kitchen opens at Whitetail: As if you need another excuse to escape to the cooler climes of west county, Helena's Kitchen has opened inside of Whitetail Winebar.

The summertime menu inside the wine bar includes cool cucumber and Dungeness crab California rolls, sesame cabbage carrot salad, beef and rice noodle salad, pot de creme, sorbet and chocolate truffles. 16230 Main St., Guerneville.

Zazu Wraps Up: In preparation for their August move to Sebastopol's Barlow Center, Zazu Restaurant + Farm hosts its last few Monday night farm suppers on July 8 and July 15 with rabbit tostadas, grilled peaches, soda rock farms tomato and watermelon salad and Mississippi mud cupcakes.

The final dinner at Zazu's current location is slated for July 20. Three courses, $39. 3535 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa, 523-4814.
