SANTA ROSA: Tierra farmstand great spot for holiday veggies

Are you looking for fresh, local vegetables to enhance your Thanksgiving feast?

Tierra Vegetables offers a wide range of seasonal vegetables, from kabocha squash and pumpkins to broccoli, carrots, celery root and potatoes. It is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

At 4 p.m. this Sunday, the farmstand will celebrate the season with a pre-Thanksgiving Soup Fest at 4 p.m., featuring homemade Heirloom Bean Soup and Heirloom Cornmeal muffins. 651 Airport Blvd. tierravegetables.com.
