This weekend's Sonoma Wine Country Weekend is goodwill sipping at its best. It is Sonoma County's most successful food and wine charity endeavor. SANTA ROSA: New venue debuts at Paradise Ridge
The open-air amphitheater at Paradise Ridge Winery will have its debut performance Thursday. The Transcendence Artist Series will showcase 'Oh, What a Beautiful Mashup.' Stephan Stubbins and Leah Sprecher are well known to Broadway Under The Stars audiences for their medleys. They are both founding members of the Transcendence Theatre Company and the Broadway Under The Stars concerts. The doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. Prices range from $29 to $75. SONOMA VALLEY: Tickets for harvest fun
Tickets are available for the three-day Sonoma Valley crush event Sept. 26-28. The Creak is playing at Glen Ellen's B.R .Cohn Winery Sept. 6. from 6 to 8 p.m., The Creak is rooted in bluegrass and folk, with aspects of blues and punk in the mix. YOUNTVILLE: Sneak peek of Napa Valley film fest
You can catch a sneak preview of the Napa Valley Film Festival Thursday at Bardessono Hotel & Spa in Yountille. The Dive Bar will be showing these shorts: 'Sure Thing,' 'Slomo,' 'My New Apartment, 'Teenage Wine Snobs' and 'The Gunfighter.' The first showing is 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., and the second is 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. This is movie-going at its most relaxing. ST. HELENA: New Clif family food truck
A new food truck, the Clif Family Bruschetteria, has rolled into Napa Valley. It will be parked at 709 Main St. in St. Helena. It's just off the back patio of Velo Vino tasting room in St. Helena, and it serves Wednesdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The truck will offer a seasonal menu of bruschetta, spiedini, salads, rotisserie chicken and sweet treats, with many ingredients sourced from the Clif Family Farm.
