Bay Area man accused of fatal shooting outside club

WALNUT CREEK - A Contra Costa County man has been accused of gunning down a man near two Walnut Creek nightclubs.

KPIX-TX reports (http://cbsloc.al/2bws33M) that 24-year-old Larry Griffin has been arrested on investigation of homicide in connection to the early Sunday shooting death of 28-year-old Courtney Brown.

Police say Brown was leaving a bar when he was shot three times. No one else was injured in the shooting. Brown died at a nearby hospital.
