Ben Folds plays June 29 at Wells Fargo Center
Singer-songwriter Ben Folds brings his unique sound to the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts on Monday, June 29.
Based in Nashville, Folds owns and operates the historic RCA Studio A. He has collaborated with musicians Regina Spektor and 'Weird Al' Yankovic and worked on songwriting projects with authors Nick Hornby and Neil Gaiman.
From 1995 to 2000, Folds was the front man and pianist for the alternative rock band Ben Folds Five. After the group temporarily disbanded, Folds performed as a solo artist and has toured all over the world. The group reunited in 2011. Folds produced Amanda Palmer's first solo album and gained television exposure as a judge on the NBC-TV a cappella singing contest series 'The Sing-Off' from 2009 to 2013.
Ticket prices for the 8 p.m. show range from $40 to $55. To buy tickets, go online at wellsfargocenterarts.org, call 707-546-3600 or visit the center's box office at 50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa.
