The 10th annual Mendocino Film Festival, which will show 67 films, ranging from Academy Award nominees and winners to locally made films, runs May 22 through May 31.

'We welcome festival-goers from around the world,' said Michael Fox, the festival's executive director. 'Last year, 70 percent of our attendees came from outside the county, and that number continues to grow.'

Nearly half of the films scheduled for the festival are feature-length fiction or documentaries. Highlights include Academy Award nominees 'Finding Vivian Maier' and 'Song of the Sea' and Academy Award winner 'Ida.'

There will be screenings in Mendocino, Philo, Willits, Fort Bragg and Point Arena, including three programs of short films, plus a live comedy show.

Tickets cost $11 in advance and $12 at the door. The festival's children's program is priced at $5 for children and $10 for adults.

Tickets for 'Still Standing: Live on Stage,' starring comedians Will Durst, Larry 'Bubbles' Brown and Johnny Steele,' at 8 p.m. May 30, cost $20.
