Humorist David Sedaris appears May 6 at Wells Fargo Center

Humorist and author David Sedaris brings his tart wit and social satire to Wells Fargo Center for the Arts for one night only at 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 6.
Famed for “Santaland Diaries,” the story of his brief employment as a Christmas elf at Macy’s in New York City, Sedaris is also the author of “Me Talk Pretty One Day” and the New York Times bestselling collection of fables, “Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk: A Modern Bestiary.” His most recent book is “Let’s Explore Diabetes With Owls.”
The author also has been nominated for three Grammy Awards for best spoken word and comedy albums, and his work can be heard on public radio on “This American Life.”
