Wells Fargo Center has lined up two new shows for summer and fall. Tickets go on sale at noon Friday, May 1, for a Pat Benatar concert on July 21 and a Lewis Black comedy show on Sept. 11.

Benatar’s rock duo act with husband Neil Giraldo is on its 35th anniversary tour. Their collaboration began with the “In the Heart of the Night” album, for which Giraldo wrote her 1980 single “We Live for Love.”

A four-time Grammy Award winner, Benatar has had 15 to 40 hits, four of them in the top 10, including her signature song, “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” also released in 1980.

Black, best-known for his vitriolic humor on “The Daily Show” and cable TV comedy specials, calls his current tour, “The Rant Is Due: Part Deux.”

Tickets for each show cost $45-$65. Order online at wellsfargocenterarts.org, phone 546-3600 or visit the center box office at 50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa.
