No stranger to making headlines, Katy Perry has caused a stir once again with a side-by-side Instagram post of the "Teenage Dreams" singer and superstar chef Guy Fieri in celebration of last week's National Look Alike Day.

In the April 20 post, she was seen with a new buzzcut and donning sunglasses, as well as the world-renowned grin Fieri is known for, that make the two look indistinguishable.an image of the Hindu goddess Kali with the caption, “current mood.” Many fans accuse her of cultural insensitivity.

Fans had mixed reactions, to say the least. One fan wrote, “I'm not liking this, What's going on here?.” Another fan commented, “@guyfieri looks better than you @katyperry please do not compare him to your trash. He's much better than that and it's embarrassing for him for you to do so.”

This isn't the first time Perry's posting choices has caused anger among her fans. On April 19, the singer caught flak posting

To add more fuel to the Instagram fire on April 21, the singer posted a picture showing off blonde cornrows. She captioned the picture, “Katy Kardashian,” and tagged everyone in the Kardashian and Jenner clan she credits for influencing her style. Heated fans took to Twitter to express their anger about the lack of proper cultural appropriation on Perry's part.

Cornrows originated from Africa and many fans were upset due to the fact that she was crediting the Kardashians instead of African American culture.
