Rachel Ballinger probably had no idea how much she’d blow up as a YouTube vlogger when she started her channel NOVAQUA ten years ago. The vlog’s purpose was to share about the everyday truths and ironies about being a millennial in a modern world, using satire to get her points across. Today, her blog has more than 1.6 million subscribers, and each video nets hundreds of thousands of views.
Now, Ballinger has added author to her list of fame accomplishments. The YouTube star has recently released “101 Things That Piss Me Off,” a comical, quick-witted collection of stories based on her YouTube series, “You Know What Pisses Me Off.”
Ballinger will be at Copperfield’s in Petaluma on Friday, June 30 for a ticketed event from 7-8:30 p.m. The meet-and-greet is the perfect way for fans to meet her, pick up a signed copy of her book and get a photo with the YouTube star.
Tickets are $18.35 (plus $2 fee), and includes a signed copy of “101 Things That Piss Me Off.” Find out all the details at copperfieldsbooks.com.
