Pigs and Pinot event in Healdsburg sold out, but ...

It's more than a month away, but one of the hottest annual foodie tickets in Healdsburg is already sold out.

All the spaces at Pigs and Pinot, orchestrated by chef impresario Charlie Palmer at his Dry Creek Kitchen Restaurant at Hotel Healdsburg, have been spoken for. But if you're determined, who knows. You might be able to score coveted passage on the secondary market online.

Food Network's Tyler Florence and "Top Chef" finalists Kevin Gillespie and Bryan Voltaggio join Palmer in a weekend of dining and tasting that celebrates the virtues of that perfect pair - pinot noir and pork in its many incarnations, from sausage to charcuterie. Palmer's signature creation for the gala dinner comes from two suckling pigs raised on the high-end scraps from Dry Creek Kitchen.

To check out the details for the March 19 and 20 sold-out event go to hotelhealdsburg.com. The event benefits Share Our Strength and Healdsburg schools.
