6 wounded in San Francisco nightclub shooting

San Francisco police say six people were wounded in a shooting early Wednesday after a hip-hop concert at a nightclub.|

SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco police say six people were wounded in a shooting after a hip-hop concert at a nightclub.

At least two of the victims of the early Wednesday morning shooting suffered life-threatening wounds. Police say officers responding to reports of gunfire at 12:46 a.m. found four of the shooting victims in front of the Brick & Mortar Music Hall in the Mission district.

They were taken to San Francisco General Hospital.

Sgt. Monica MacDonald says a fifth victim walked into San Francisco General Hospital and a sixth victim was driven to a hospital outside San Francisco.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1zY5GeB) the circumstances of the shooting are under investigation.
