SoFi to host job fair Thursday in Healdsburg

The San Francisco startup lender is looking for a variety of workers, including customer service, underwriting, auditors, accountants and desktop support.|

SoFi, a San Francisco marketplace lender, is hosting a job fair on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at its Healdsburg office.

The company is one of the new types of startup lenders that Wall Street banks are cautiously watching, with a business model that includes peer-to-peer lending in the student loan arena. It has 80 employees in the Healdsburg office and offers such perks as stock options and subsidized lunches.

The positions the company is recruiting for include: customer service, underwriting, auditors, accountants and desktop support. The office is located at 375 Healdsburg Ave., Suite 280.
