Petaluma industrial buildings sold for $10.2 million

MKD Investments purchased 76,000 square feet of industrial and flex space at the Oakmead Business Park in east Petaluma.|

An investment group has paid nearly $10.2 million for 76,000 square feet of industrial and flex space at the Oakmead Business Park in east Petaluma.

MKD Investments, which has a Napa mailing address, bought the property at 2180-2190 South McDowell Blvd. from LBA Realty. Property records indicate the sale date of April 30.

The site features two single-story buildings of 43,197 square feet and 32,814 square feet.

At the time of the sale, the buildings were fully leased to multiple tenants, according to DTZ, which represented the seller.

The business park has direct access to Lakeville Highway and U.S. Highway 101.
