Missing Rohnert Park man’s body found

The body of a missing Rohnert Park man has been found, his girlfriend said.

Chris Norris, 37, was depressed when he was last seen June 29, according to his girlfriend, Kelly Martell. His car had previously been found parked and locked in a CVS parking lot.

After filing a missing-person report, spreading the word online and spending countless hours distributing posters and tromping through homeless encampments in search of Norris, Martell was unable to locate Norris until she received a call Thursday evening telling her his body had been found, she said.

The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety was not immediately available for comment.
