Two vehicles crash head-on near Glen Ellen

Authorities responded to a possible head-on collision Tuesday afternoon on Warm Springs Road outside Glen Ellen, according to reports.

The 3:37 p.m. crash was originally reported to involve a white truck that hit a tree and was blocking the road, according to the CHP log.

Minutes later, another caller told emergency dispatchers that two vehicles were involved in the collision, a truck and a sport-utility vehicle.

It wasn't immediately clear if anyone was injured.
